1. Who we are

ponsmix.com is run by ПОНСМЕД ДПК (PONSMED DPK), ul. Sofroniy 18A, 8000 Burgas, Bulgaria, company number (EIK) 208346611, email support@ponsmix.com. Full details are on the Contact page.

These terms apply to every purchase on ponsmix.com. By placing an order you accept the version in force on that day.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 to order. Our products are for your own use and the people you buy for, not for resale.

3. Our products

PONS products are food supplements, not medicines. The label and the product page list every ingredient and dose. Photos show the product as accurately as we can; the pouch you receive may differ slightly in colour.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Each product page says who the product is not for. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication, talk to your doctor first.

4. Waiting lists and the First 100

Joining a list (the First 100 for Signal, the Source list or the newsletter) is free. It is not an order, we take no payment, and you are not obliged to buy. We email you when ordering opens. The founding price of €35 a month applies to subscriptions of members 0001 to 0100 for as long as their subscription stays active. If the subscription is cancelled, the founding price ends.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email you the order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; if you have paid, we refund you in full straight away. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you ordered, we tell you by email and refund you; no contract is made for that product.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Any delivery cost is shown before you pay. You pay at checkout with the methods shown there. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we never see your card number. For a subscription, you allow us to charge the card you saved before each delivery, until you cancel.

7. Discount codes

One code per order, unless the offer says otherwise. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be applied to orders already placed. Each offer states its own end date and conditions.

8. Subscriptions

A subscription sends one pouch (30 servings) every month and charges you before each delivery. Delivery of subscriptions is free.

• Price. The regular subscription starts at €49 a month and goes down the longer you stay, as shown on the product page. First 100 members pay €35 a month.
• No minimum term. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time before your next charge date, in your account or by email. The change applies from the next delivery.
• Reminders. We email you before each charge and before any price change.

9. Delivery

Where we ship, how long it takes and what it costs are on the Shipping and returns page. The risk of loss passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive the parcel.

10. Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Pouches whose seal has been opened cannot be returned under this right, for health and hygiene reasons. How it works, and the online withdrawal form, are on the Shipping and returns page.

11. If something is wrong

You have the legal guarantee of conformity under Bulgarian and EU consumer law. If a product arrives damaged, wrong or faulty, write to us with your order number and a photo. We replace it or refund you, at our cost. Please tell us within 14 days so we can sort it out quickly; this does not limit your legal rights.

12. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

13. Liability

We are responsible for what we sell under the law. We are not liable for harm caused by use against the label or these terms. Nothing here limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, natural disasters or courier failures. We tell you as soon as we know and, if the delay is long, you can cancel and get your money back.

14. Content of this site

Texts, photos, the PONS name and logo belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may share links and short quotes; please ask before reusing anything else.

15. Complaints and disputes

Write to us first; most things are solved by one email. If we can't agree, you can turn to the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and its conciliation commissions for out-of-court settlement, or to the competent court.

Bulgarian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you ordered applies to that order. For subscriptions, we tell you about changes by email before they apply, and you can cancel.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
