Formula
Designed and signed off by a scientist
Dr. Ljubica Mihailova, our R&D Lead, sets every ingredient, form and dose. Any change is logged in the formula's version history.

Raw materials
Checked before they are used
Under GMP, every raw material arrives with its supplier's certificate of analysis and is checked against its specification before production.

Production
Made in a certified facility
Weighed, blended and filled in Bulgaria, in a facility certified to GMP, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000.

Batch number
Every pouch can be traced
Each pouch carries a batch number and a best-before date, so any pouch can be traced back to its production records.

Notification
Notified before it is sold
Every formula is notified to the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) before it goes on sale.

Every milligram printed
No proprietary blends. Every active and every other ingredient is on the label and on the formula page, with its form.
Only claims the EU allows
We use health claims only where the European Commission has authorised them (Regulation 432/2012). Everything else is the study, its dose and what it measured.
Signed by a scientist
Every formula is designed and signed off by Dr. Ljubica Mihailova, our R&D Lead. Changes are logged in each formula's version history.
