Signal

Transparent formulation. Science you can see.

Modern life rarely asks us to focus on only one thing. We move between meetings, messages, deadlines, travel and decisions, often without enough time to reset. Over the course of a demanding day, maintaining concentration is not simply a matter of having more energy. It depends on a complex interaction between neuronal communication, neurotransmitter availability, cellular energy metabolism and the way the brain responds to mental and oxidative stress.

Signal was created for this reality.

It is a carefully formulated, caffeine-free nootropic complex for people who work, study, create, travel and need to remain mentally engaged throughout the day, without depending on excessive stimulation.

A more considered approach

Signal is not built around a single “miracle ingredient,” nor does it attempt to create a short-lived feeling of intensity. Instead, it combines citicoline, selected amino acids and botanical extracts with complementary biological roles. Citicoline contributes to pathways associated with neuronal membranes and cholinergic neurotransmission. L-tyrosine provides a precursor used in the production of neurotransmitters involved in attention and cognitive control, while acetyl-L-carnitine participates in cellular energy metabolism. L-theanine has been studied for its relationship with calm attention, executive function and responses to stress. Bacopa monnieri and lion’s mane add botanical components that have attracted scientific interest in relation to memory, cognitive processing, neuronal signalling and oxidative balance. Together, these ingredients create a broader formulation designed around the understanding that focus does not arise from one pathway alone.

Inspired by research, designed for daily life

The scientific literature supporting nootropic ingredients continues to develop, and the strength of evidence is not identical for every component. Signal is formulated with this distinction in mind. Several of its central doses are closely aligned with quantities investigated in human clinical studies. The formula provides 250 mg of citicoline, a dose evaluated in research examining attention and psychomotor performance1, and 200 mg of L-theanine, a quantity frequently studied in relation to attention, executive function and stress-related outcomes2,3. It also contains 300 mg of Bacopa monnieri extract, corresponding by total extract weight to a dose used in a number of longer-term clinical studies investigating learning, memory and cognitive processing4. L-tyrosine, acetyl-L-carnitine and lion’s mane are included as complementary components of the complete formulation5,6. Studies involving these ingredients have used a variety of doses, populations and extract specifications, making direct comparisons more complex. Their inclusion in Signal is therefore based on their biological relevance within the blend rather than on the suggestion that every ingredient independently produces the same clinical effect.

This balanced approach is intentional. The aim is not to maximise every individual ingredient, but to create a practical daily formula that brings together evidence-aligned doses, complementary components and good everyday usability.

Studying the complete formulation

Individual ingredient research is important, but it cannot fully predict how a multi-component formula will behave when its ingredients are combined. For this reason, our research team evaluated the complete nootropic blend, designated P-04, together with its individual components in SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells7. The study examined cellular viability and protection against hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress. Under the tested laboratory conditions, the complete formulation maintained cell viability above 90% and demonstrated stable antioxidant protection of approximately 73–76% across the investigated concentrations. The relatively consistent response of the complete blend supports the rationale for combining ingredients with complementary properties rather than relying exclusively on one isolated component.

These findings are preliminary and originate from an in vitro model. They do not prove that the product improves cognitive performance in humans, but they provide an initial biological assessment of the complete formulation and a scientific basis for further investigation.

Transparency by design

Signal is caffeine-free, sugar-free and fat-free. One daily serving is prepared by dissolving one 5 g scoop in water. There are no hidden quantities and no unspecified proprietary blend. Every active ingredient and every dose are clearly declared. Scientific transparency means more than adding references to a product. It means explaining why ingredients were selected, how their doses relate to available research and where the limits of current evidence remain.

Signal is designed for demanding days: not as a stimulant, but as a considered daily ritual.

Every ingredient has a purpose. Every dose is visible. You know what you are taking.
